Kennedy Road (G2): Woodbine Sunday Selections, Analysis

The Sunday card from Woodbine features the grade 2 Kennedy Road. Arzak was installed as the tepid 3-1 morning line favorite in the All Weather feature.

• #1 SOUPED UP (2-1) should improve off the first start and appears to be a major player in this race. He has solid early pace figures in a race that looks to lack a ton of front running speed.
• #4 TRINITY PARK (5-2) debut last out and that race would put her right in the mix. She could step forward as well.
• #7 ARNIE P (6-1) has pedigree for this spot. This one is a good bet to hit the board in this type of race.
• #6 DON'T STOP DREAMIN (8-1) has solid early pace figures in a race that looks to lack a ton of front running speed.

• #5 RUNNINFORCOVER (8-1) seems to fit well enough here. This one could be a dangerous threat to get loose on the front end.
• #7 JUSTIN'S WAY (3-1) has the top overall power rating in the group.
• #8 BENLION (12-1) is a price horse and will likely have a lot to do in the lane, but could get up with a competitive run.

• #7 MARTEN RIVER (2-1) will likely be out on or near the lead and will look to hold off the charge to the wire. This one has the top overall power rating in the group.
• #3 OCELOT (10-1) is a price horse and goes out for the Mcknight barn with Flores in the irons. This one has tactical speed and can sit just off the leaders for a stalk and pounce trip.

• #13 ROCKET JOE COPPER (3-1) gets the top selection. He has tactical speed and can sit just off the leaders for a stalk and pounce trip. This one looks to be the class of the field.
• #10 RELIABILITY (12-1) is a price horse and feels like a fringe contender in this spot. He shouldn't have trouble with the 1 1/16 mile distance.
• #1 SOLAR (4-1) has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts. This one has the top overall power rating in the group.
• #6 SELFMADE (8-1) runs evenly and looks to get a very fair pace scenario here.
