• #8 GHOSTLY NIGHT (3-1) gets the top selection. She shouldn't have trouble with the 5 1/2 furlong distance. This one has races good enough to beat this group.
• #6 GIFT OF GAB (6-1) appears to be a major player in this race. She has to be respected going out for the combination of Merryman and Lopez. This one should be in the right spot to be in with a chance late.
• #2 HOV LANE (12-1) appears to be a major player in this race. She could be in the mix turning from home and will do so at a nice price.
• #1 SANCTIFIED TIME (8-1) should be competitive in this spot. She goes out for the Young barn and gets Boyce in the irons.

• #2 YES SIR ROBERT (5-2) should be competitive in this spot. He should be in the right spot to be in with a chance late. This one has to be respected going out for the combination of Farrior and Bocachica.
• #6 FREE DANCER (3-1) could be in with a shot in this race. He should have the stamina to carry speed to the wire. This one may get the absolute dream flow of the race in this spot.
• #3 TOMMY SHELBY (12-1) is probably best to put underneath on most tickets. He has been really solid in recent starts and should be ready to run a big one here.

• #3 CAMI RACHELLE (4-1) feels like a fringe contender in this spot. She has bloodlines to suggest that a dirt super sprint is the right place for this one.
