The Saturday card from Laurel Park features a number of stakes including the Spectacular Bid. Prince of Jericho was installed as the morning line favorite.
Laurel Park- Race 1
Post: 12:25 PM ET; $44k Maiden Claiming going 1 mile on dirt; Entries: 9
- #7 LAMARVELOUS (7-2) should improve off the first start and gets the top selection. He has races good enough to beat this group. This one goes out for the Eppler barn and gets Barbosa in the irons.
- #6 MCMAGIC (10-1) is a price horse and appears to be a major player in this race. This one should provide value.
- #9 SNACK (5-2) appears to be a major player in this race. This one will be rolling late and has a good closing kick that could get the job done here.
- #1 VAX A NATION (3-1) feels like a fringe contender in this spot. He is a good bet to hit the board in this type of race. This one is well bred for this spot.

- #1 RAHMER (5-2) appears to be a major player in this race. He looks to be the class of the field. This one has the top overall power rating in the group.
- #2 CRIMSON ROCKET (8-1) should be competitive in this spot. He has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts. This one goes out for the Howard barn and gets Barbosa in the irons.
- #7 FLAMING EAST (7-2) could be in with a shot in this race. He should be involved in the early pace.

- #4 L STREET LADY (9-5) should be competitive in this spot. She shouldn't have trouble with the 6 furlong distance. This one has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts.
- #3 GRACE AND CHARM (5-2) isn't without hope. She makes sense on speed figures.
- #2 FILTERED LIGHT (8-1) could hit the board at a nice price.

- #8 OURNATIONONPARADE (8-5) gets the top selection. This one has been really solid in recent starts and should be ready to run a big one here.
- #7 PLOT THE DOTS (9-2) could be in with a shot in this race. He may benefit from a hot pace up front.
- #1 AIN'T DA BEER COLD (5-2) seems to fit well enough here. This one comes into the race in really good form and should be able to put forth a good effort here.
- #5 GALERIO (10-1) is a price horse and feels like a fringe contender in this spot. He should be sitting in the second tier of runners and looking to make one well timed run at the leaders. This one has races good enough to beat this group.

- #2 FOOL YOURSELF (10-1) is a price horse and isn't without hope. She shouldn't have trouble with the 1 mile distance.
- #6 INTREPID DREAM (2-1) isn't without hope. She projects to sit mid pack and come with one run. This one has proven to be able to handle these conditions in previous starts.
- #4 SWEET GRACIE (10-1) is a price horse and is probably best to put underneath on most tickets. She seems to fit well enough here.

- #6 YODEL E. A. WHO (10-1) is a price horse and feels like a fringe contender in this spot. He will hope for a little pace to run at.
- #8 PIRATE RICK (8-1) isn’t without hope. He could get the right setup in this race.

- #6 FILLE D'ESPRIT (5-2) appears to be a big factor in this race. She will likely be in the first flight of runners and should be in with a chance late. This one is a good bet to hit the board in this type of race.
- #1 SNICKET (12-1) is a price horse and appears to be a major player in this race. She has to be respected going out for the combination of Duggan and Rodriguez. This one should be part of the early pace in this spot.
