The New Year’s Eve card from Gulfstream Park features a quintet of stakes races. Among them are the Mr. Prospector and the Harlan’s Holiday.

• #7 GOLDEN VOICE has races good enough to beat this group. This one will likely be in the first flight of runners and should be in with a chance late.
• #12 BASILIA seems to be running for the minor placings in this contest. She is a good bet to hit the board in this type of race. This one seems to fit well enough here.

• #7 STOLEN HOLIDAY may benefit from a hot pace up front. This one seems to fit well enough here.
• #10 LADY ROCKSTAR goes out for the Walsh barn and gets Ortiz in the irons.
