Still, the Mariners (63-53, 34-27 home) have a chance to close out the weekend with a series win over the Orioles (72-45, 36-22 away), who maintained a two-game lead over the Tampa Bay Rays in the AL East with the win.

This afternoon’s series finale sees two righties take the mound, with Kyle Bradish going for Baltimore and rookie Bryce Miller going for Seattle. Will we see another tight, low-scoring contest, or will one side break out the bats like the M’s did on Friday?

Will Miller Deliver a Series Win for the Mariners?

If these odds hold, the Orioles will close as a road favorite for the 17th time this season.

That is a small amount compared to other division leaders like the Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Dodgers. But it is a spot in which Baltimore has thrived this season, going 12-4 (.750) as a road favorite.

Miller, on the other hand, is 5-2 with a 3.49 ERA in nine home starts this season, compared to 2-2 with a 5.15 ERA in seven road starts.

Rodriguez went 2 for 5 with a homer and four RBI in Friday’s 9-2 win, but he was hitless in five at-bats yesterday.

Each of the previous three times he went hitless, Rodriguez homered and drove in at least one run in the next game. In addition to being +160 to drive in at least one run, he comes in at +450 to deliver a dinger today.
