Reds vs Cardinals Game Preview
These NL Central rivals have already played one series against each other. A few weeks ago, the Cardinals traveled to Cincinnatti to take on the Reds. After spitting that series 2-2 and winning the game last night, St. Louis now leads the the season series 3-2 overall.
On the mound we have Miles Mikolas for the Cardinals and Andrew Abbott for the Reds.
Let’s breakdown what we think might happen this afternoon.

Reds vs Cardinals Prediction & Best Bets
STL/CIN Over 8.5 (-120)
Andrew Abbott made his major league debut on June 5th.
Facing the Milwaukee Brewers at home, Abbott pitched 6 shutout innings. He struck out 6 batters, walked 4, and only allowed 1 hit.
On the road today, I think he will be in for a rude awakening.
I think the Cardinals bats should get to him and score a few runs. I also like the Reds offense to do some work against Mikolas.
Player Props
Jonathan India over 1.5 Hits, Runs, and RBIs (-130)
India clears this number in 64% of games this season. Now he’s only gone over four times in his L10 games, but he had 4 HRR in 3 of those 4 games.
When the man is on, he’s really on.
Against the Cardinals, India cleared this in hist first three matchups, but as fallen off the past two. I like India to bounce back tonight.
He bats .282 against righties, and Mikolas allows right-handed batters to hit .246, compared to .216 against lefties. In 17 plate appearances, India hits .312 off of Mikolas.
I like him to do some offensive work tonight.
