The Sacramento Kings, who arrived in Indy this afternoon, will be without their leading scorer Friday v Pacers.

The Kings enter tonight’s showdown looking for their third consecutive victory. They’re coming off Wednesday’s 119-109 victory against the San Antonio Spurs that saw Domantas Sabonis dominate with a 34-point, 11-rebound double-double. Not to be outdone, De’Aaron Fox also had a double-double, finishing with 31 points and 10 assists.

The Pacers have had the opposite luck recently, losing for the fourth straight game with a 112-111 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers last night. Indiana hasn’t had much success at home lately either, leaving time to tell if the Pacers can reverse their fortunes tonight.

To say that the Pacers have struggled lately would be an understatement. Despite a promising start to the campaign, success has alluded Indiana for quite some time.

The lack of success has a lot to do with how poorly the Pacers have been shooting the ball. While Indiana did shoot the ball well against the Lakers (.484/.390/.833), it remains to be seen if that was a one-off performance.
