#4 Tennessee vs Arkansas Must Bet Player Props
Must Bet Player Props: Ja’Quinden Jackson (ARK) Under 65.5 Rushing Yards (-114) BetOnline
We have 2 Units on this bad boy as our first multi-unit play of the football season. Jackson is a stud, running for over 100 yards per game this season. However, the Volunteers rushing defense is phenomenal. Last weekend, Jackson was held to a rough outing against Texas A&M, running just 10 times for 37 yards. The Tennessee rushing defense is even better. They are allowing just 1.4 yards per rush this year and have allowed less than 50 team rushing yards 3 times this season.
I expect the Vols to roll, so Arkansas will abandon the run and be forced to throw the ball. They already have a QB that loves making plays with his legs, leading to less touches for Jackson. I simply don’t think he will get the carries necessary to go over this line against a very good Tennessee defense. The Volunteers will force Arkansas to throw the ball and play keep up, causing Jackson to stay well under this line for the 2nd week in a row.
Pittsburgh vs North Carolina Must Bet Player Props
Must Bet Player Props: Eli Holstein (PITT) Over 295.5 Passing Yards (-130) BetOnline
I understand that 300 yards seems like quite a bit, but this Pittsburgh team is all about airing it out. Eli Holstein has cleared 300+ yards in 3 games this season, and he’s thrown the ball at least 30 times in each contest as well. Last time out, he only put up 247 yards against Youngstown State, but only had 16 completions. He’s throwing for over 13.5 yards per completion this year, and has a greta matchup against the Tar Heels. The Panthers are on the road, coming off a bye, and face. Carolina secondary that isn’t very good.
They are allowing over 265 passing yards per game to their opponent, and nearly 350 at home. Just a couple weeks ago, James Madison’s QB threw for 388 yards and 5 TDs on just 22 completions. This is the perfect time for Holstein to lead his team to a much needed win in a big ACC matchup.
