The Texas A&M Aggies finished off 2021 with an 8-4 record. They went 4-4 in the SEC Conference, and their highlight of the season was a home victory over the top-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide.
The Aggies will begin 2022 as the #6 team in the country. The most anticipated game of the season will be a trip to face the Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa.
The rest of their schedule looks tough, but the best part is that all of their games against ranked opponents, outside of Alabama, will take place at home. A&M has one of the loudest crowds in the country, so the 12th Man should be on full display again this season.

According to BetOnline Sportsbook, Texas A&M has a good shot this season, but they still trail the Alabama Crimson Tide and Georgia Bulldogs in the SEC odds. They also only trail 5 teams in the National Championship odds.

Different Ways to Get Value Out of Betting Texas A&M
The Aggies are ranked pretty high to start the season, and this may be their best shot that they have had in awhile. Their schedule might be tougher than Alabama and Georgia, but if they can get past the Crimson Tide during the regular season, they could move into a playoff spot.
BetOnline offers futures bets in many different ways. You can bet whether they will win 10+ games, and you can also bet the total win line that currently sits at Over/Under 8.5.

2022-23 Texas A&M Football Predictions
The Aggies had a pretty disappointing end to the year in 2021, so they are definitely back on track with a 6th position in the AP Poll. However, they do play in the same division of the SEC as Alabama, so that could spell some issues.
I believe A&M is due to drop some games this season, as they face a gauntlt of a schedule within the SEC. They also play #16 Miami in non-conference play, so it won’t be an easy task running the table.
I have them at 9-3 this season and finishing right behind Alabama in the SEC West division. They will be much-improved, but the SEC is too unpredictable outside of Alabama and Georgia.
Even though a College Football Playoff appearance is not likely for this team, there is still value in side bets on them. Focus your efforts on thee total win line, as 8.5 seems pretty low for a team ranked preseason #6.
