Best Bet: Western Kentucky (-24.5) BetOnline
It’s another system play—this time on a Wednesday! Kennesaw State just picked up their first win of the season, edging Liberty 27-24. The Kennesaw fans stormed the field to celebrate, but now the Owls have to travel to Bowling Green, Kentucky, to face the Hilltoppers.
Western Kentucky has been one of the best teams against the spread this season, sitting at 6-1 ATS as of Week 10. Their lone miss was in Week 1 against Alabama, where they fell 63-0 as 34.5-point underdogs. Since then, they’ve routinely covered big spreads, winning by 27+ points in games where they were 19.5-point favorites, like against Eastern Kentucky and Texas El Paso.
The Hilltoppers bring a powerful offense, ranked 30th in passing yards per game and 53rd in scoring, averaging 28.3 points per game—35 at home. Kennesaw State’s defense, on the other hand, ranks 106th in points allowed, giving up 32.3 per game.
The spread is high for a reason, and there’s no reason to shy away. Fade a bad team coming off a big win. Fade a team ranked 7th worst in points per game. Roll with the Hilltoppers, the team with the firepower to score at will.
Tops on top!

Best Bets: Quinton Cooley Over 84.5 Rush Yards (-114) BetOnline
Let’s dive back into the player prop market—though last week wasn’t kind to us. Pitt’s offense was on the field for just 18 minutes, derailing our first college football player prop of the season. But we’re sticking with running backs and taking Quinton Cooley over his rushing yard prop this week.
The senior running back faces a Jacksonville State defense that ranks 101st nationally in rushing yards allowed, giving up nearly 180 yards per game—and an even higher 191.3 yards on the road. Every team the Gamecocks have faced on the road has gone over 150 rushing yards: Louisville (233), Eastern Michigan (152), and Kennesaw State (189). Now they’re up against a Liberty offense ranked 11th in the nation in rushing yards per game, averaging 211.2, with an even stronger 219.7 yards per game at home.
Cooley has topped 84.5 rushing yards in four of his six games this season. When he’s gone over that line, he’s hit at least 105+ yards. Liberty’s coming off an embarrassing loss to 0-6 Kennesaw State, so they should be primed to steamroll Jacksonville State. Full transparency: I’ll be laddering this prop to 100+ rush yards given Cooley’s history of clearing this line.
Lean: Liberty to win
