READ OUR GAME PREDICTIONS HERE
I am hoping that this Thursday Night game is better than the last 2.
I said last week before the Bears/Commanders game, that it couldn’t get any worse after the Colts/Broncos TNF fiasco of two weeks ago.
Ah, but the Bears and Commanders said ‘Hold my beer,’ and put out an equally as bad showing.
So, I am not going to jynx anything here, learned my lesson with that.
All I am going to say is there are Player Props and Touchdown scorers that I love, no matter the quality of the game.
So let’s dive in with Alvin Kamara…
ALVIN KAMARA o4.5 receptions (+112) + o99.5 Rush/Rec yards (-119)
I love me some Alvin Kamara in this game.
I didn’t know which prop I liked better so I decided to play both. He has looked like the Alvin Kamara of old the last two games, racking up 120+ rushing/receiving yards in both.
Also, with no Michael Thomas again, I love his receptions at 4.5.
He has 6+ the last two games and Andy Dalton is clearly looking for him early and often.
He is looking healthy, fast and in the zone. I want to ride that hot hand.
TAYSOM HILL o32.5 RUSH YARDS (-113)
The Saints’ Swiss Army knife has been running like crazy the past 2 weeks and I don’t see that stopping tonight.
The way the Saints use Hill is very hard to prepare for and on a short week, I think they are going to try and confuse the Cardinals even more with Hill at QB taking Wildcat snaps.
He has gone over his rush yards line in three of five games so far and has hit it in two straight.
Love the value here.
RONDALE MOORE o47.5 REC YARDS (-117)
This play is a combination of things.
He has hit this number in two straight and has 5+ targets in the three games he has played so far this year.
I know DeAndre Hopkins is back this week (I will get to him in a minute) but the Cardinals just lost Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown, their leading receiver, for at least a month.
Murray is going to be looking for Moore even more, especially in that deep ball role that Brown had been providing.
ZACH ERTZ o4.5 RECEPTIONS (-131)
For the value here, this might be my favorite play.
Ertz has 6+ receptions in every game this year except the opener. He is a constant short target for Murray and he looks for him early and often.
I think this could shift a bit with Hopkins coming back but like I mentioned with Moore, Brown is out. So it is virtually, one in, one out.
Same amount of mouths to feed and Ertz won’t go hungry.
Lastly, let’s finish in style…
DeANDRE HOPKINS ATTD (+155)
Welcome back DHop!
I looked at all of his prop lines because I wanted some action in his return game in Primetime.
His receptions is way too juiced and his yards isn’t a guarantee so I had to look elsewhere.
I love him to get into the end zone, especially for that plus money value. He had a TD in 6 out of the 10 games he played last season.
Murray loves throwing to him in the red zone and in this game, they will be giving him plenty of chances to get in the end zone.
Well, here’s to hoping that this Thursday Night Football is watchable and enjoyable. That’s not too much to ask, right? 😉
Either way, I hope all of these plays cash.
