Tonight, Week 13 of the NFL regular season will kick off with the Dallas Cowboys hosting the Seattle Seahawks at AT&T Stadium (8:15 pm ET, Amazon Prime Video).
Dallas and Seattle made the playoffs last season, and through 12 weeks this year, both teams are staring up at top NFL championship contenders in their respective divisions but in position to return to the postseason.
The Cowboys (8-3) are two games behind the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East, but they have a firm grip on the first wild-card spot. Will that remain the case? There are no gimmes ahead for Dallas, as they will follow tonight’s game with matchups with the Eagles (home), Bills (away), Dolphins (away), and Lions (home) before wrapping up with a road game against the Commanders.
Things are on shakier ground for the Seahawks, who have lost three of their last four games. But they still occupy the sixth seed in the NFC with the Cowboys (away), 49ers (away), and Eagles (home) ahead in their next three games.

Green Bay Packers -105 to Make the NFL Playoffs
The Packers, who have won their last two games, have a pretty stiff challenge this week with two-time NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs visiting Lambeau Field on Sunday night.
But the Chiefs have shown themselves to be very mortal and very beatable this season, and Packers QB Jordan Love is finding a groove as he gets more NFL starts under his belt.
Even if Green Bay loses this week, the outlook is still a very promising one, given the remainder of the schedule.
Remaining Schedule for the Green Bay Packers
- vs Kansas City Chiefs
- at New York Giants
- vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- at Carolina Panthers
- at Minnesota Vikings
- vs Chicago Bears
If the Packers can win at least four of their final six games, which should be the bare minimum expectation, there’s a good chance that will be enough to secure an NFL wild-card spot.
