Lamar Jackson and the 3-2 Baltimore Ravens travel to MetLife stadium to take on Saquon Barkley and the surprise 4-1 New York Giants.
Week 6 has a lot of fun matchups as we enter the part of the season where teams will begin to have to prove their worth and show if the beginning of the year was a fluke or if they are the real deal.
The Giants are a perfect example of that. The G-Men have gotten off to their best start since 2009. 13 years of mediocrity and bad football has plagued the Giants but at least early on this year, there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel.
Head Coach Brian Daboll has come in and made an immediate difference. He has instilled confidence in his players and it shows with their play and their swagger.
It helps that Saquon Barkley is back to full health and is looking like the Saquon of 2018. If he can stay healthy, the Giants have a chance to continue to make noise for the rest of the season and beyond.
On the other side, the Ravens are a bit up and down to start the year, looking like legit contenders one week and then the next, more pretenders.
Lamar Jackson has been excellent to start the year, looking like a legit MVP candidate again.
The problem is their defense has been less than steller to start the year, ranking 30th overall and dead last against the pass. That has improved over the past 2 weeks however, putting up solid performances against Josh Allen and Joe Burrow respectively.
So time will tell if the ship is being righted or if the early season woes are a more accurate depiction. This week will be a great test against a pesky Giants team.

PREDICTION
When I looked at this line, I was a bit confused. I was very surprised to see the Giants, at home, playing good football, be 5 point dogs. I could see this line moving down as the week goes on so I am going to take the points early here.
The Giants are still in prove it mode, especially in Vegas’ eyes, but five points at home with no significant injuries and momentum feels suspicious.
If it is a trap, I am willing to fall for it.

PROPS
SAQUON BARKLEY o104.5 RUSH/REC YARDS (-114) FANDUEL
I mentioned this earlier this week and the line came out at 104.5. It is a bit higher than I was expecting but I still love it.
He has gone over this line in four out of five games this year and is going to be the focal point of the Giants offense on Sunday.
LAMAR JACKSON o58.5 RUSH YARDS (-114) FANDUEL
Lamar has gone over 59 rushing yards in three of five games and last week against Cincinnati he had 58. He is going to get the carries, in designed runs and off-script scrambles.
He still averages a league-leading 7.6 yards per attempt. Just insane. As long as he gets 8-10 carries, he should get this with ease.
This has the potential to be a fun affair in the Meadowlands on Sunday and I wouldn’t be surprised if it is closer than people may think.
