See Picks & Statistics For The GameThe Golden Knights, off to an incredibly hot start to the season, travel to Edmonton to take on Connor McDavid and the Oilers in a star-studded Saturday slugfest.
The Knights are 14-4 to start the season and are leading the Pacific Division.
After an injury plagued 2020/2021 campaign last year, the Knights are back to top form and are looking like early title contenders.
Jack Eichel has been great for Vegas, racking up 21 points from their first 18 games.
He looks healthy, and on track to live up to the expectations of him being one of the top playmakers in the league.
He will need to be on top form tonight as he and Connor McDavid will go toe-to-toe in this one.
McDavid has been nothing short of amazing, racking up a whopping 32 points in 17 games.
The Oilers haven’t been able to take advantage of it though, as they are only 9-8 and mid table in the division.
Defensive woes and mediocre Goaltending have lead to too many 3+ Goal against performances and have allowed too many games to get away.
Tonight, Roger’s Place in Edmonton will be rocking and no doubt the ice will be on fire. In this high-powered affair, is there a side worth betting on?
You came to the right place. Let’s dive in.

Prediction
I was considering playing the over in this one, but I could imagine this game will have an early season playoff atmosphere.
The Knights want to assert themselves as the top dogs in the Pacific and the Oilers want to remind them that they are not going to go out without a fight.
The Oilers need to start putting together some quality wins and this is a perfect opportunity, at home, in front of their raucous home crowd, to grab a W.
Give me the Oilers and McDavid to have a big game and bag the win at home.
Best Bet
Oilers Moneyline (-110)
Props
Connor McDavid o1.5 points (-112)
I talked about it about this above, but it’s never a bet bet to bet on McDavid. He is the best offensive player in the league and I think he puts on a show tonight.
He hasn’t had 2+ points in 2 games and he was held without a point last game against the Kings.
That doesn’t happen twice in a row.
McDavid is going to come out firing tonight, and I think he scores and has his hand in a couple goals as well.
Bonus Bet: McDavid ATG (+106)
Any time you can get McDavid to score at plus money, it is always a good bet.
He has scored in 5 of his last 8 and hasn’t scored in 2 straight.
As you can tell, I am all in on McJesus tonight. He will take me to the promise land.
