Seattle is 11-6 so far this year and 2nd best in the Western Conference. Playing at home seems to be a favorite of theirs with a 6-1 record. This is showing that their offseason additions are paying off.
Nneka Ogwumike and Skylar Diggins-Smith have fit right in with Jewell Loyd. The team is 4th in points per game, 3rd in pace and 1st in rebounding.
On defense, they rank 3rd in defensive rating and 1st in steals. Seattle is smart with the ball, only turning the ball over 5th least in the league. The Storm will look to keep it rolling versus this Dallas team who is having a weird year.

Dallas is having a rough year so far. They have a 4-13 record and are in 5th in the West. They just broke a 9-game losing streak with a shocking win over the Lynx. Minnesota was just coming off winning the Commissioner’s Cup.
Arike Ogunbowale is leading the team again this year. She is averaging 23.9 points, 5.1 assists and 4.7 rebounds per game. She can’t do everything herself though.
The return of Natasha Howard should give this team a step up. He is a force on the glass and can get buckets. The absence of Satou Sabally is really being felt and she was such an all-around player.

Seattle has really been good this year. They’re looking like a team that is going to be trouble in the playoffs if they continue this play. Dallas has been absolutely lost so far as well.
I like the Storm to take this game easily. They’re playing great basketball at home and are coming in off a win. Already having a win against the Wings this season helps as well.
Expect Ogwumike to be scoring buckets and grubbing boards. Diggins-Smith will be moving the balls around and Loyd will be shooting per usual. Between this electric offense and their solid defense, the Wings are going to be stuck.
For this game, I like Skylar Diggins-Smith to get over 13.5 points. She’s hit this line vs the Wings in 3 straight games. Diggins-Smith is also due for a bounce back scoring game and this is a perfect spot.
